Zuba SDM connects customers who need freight moved with verified drivers, manages every load from request to delivery, and gives both sides arrival times that account for how African roads actually behave.

Booking, matching, tracking and settlement all happen in one system.
Drivers are onboarded with documents, vehicle records and a verification step before they can carry a load. Matching considers vehicle type, location and route.
GPS updates stream from the driver's phone throughout the job. Customers can see where their cargo is and when it should arrive, without phoning anyone to ask.
Arrival times come from five layers of modelling: driver performance, traffic, road quality, route reliability, and calibration for each country. A gravel road in the rainy season is not a highway, and the estimate reflects that.
Every stage is tracked and auditable: request, assignment, pickup, transit, drop-off and completion. Pickup and delivery both need photo proof before the job moves on.
When a delivery fails or a job is contested, both parties can open a dispute with photo evidence and follow it through to a documented resolution.
Wallets, escrow and a full ledger sit inside the platform, so the money moves with the load. Nobody has to chase payment in a separate conversation.
Route models, pricing and country rules are set per market. What holds on one country's roads does not automatically hold on the next.
A customer books a load with pickup, drop-off and cargo details, and sees the price before confirming.
The platform offers the load to suitable verified drivers, who accept or decline within a time window.
The driver's app streams location through the journey. The customer follows progress and a live ETA.
Pickup and delivery are confirmed with photo proof, the load is completed and payment settles.
